Steps to creating assets
Step 1.
Enrol your self
To create an asset in Shamelin Bina, you need to enrol your selve as student of KAMILIN. You need to give us your personal particulars such as :
1. Full name as written your identity card or passport
2. Your identity card number
3. Your handphone
4. Your address (do not use post box since the Shamelin Mangostyn Juice will be sent to this address)
5. Your email id if you have one
6. Your bank account number if you have one and the name of your bank
Step 2.
Buy the package of Shamelin Mangostyn Juice
You have 6 options or 6 types of assets in Shamelin Bina global business. This assets also call ranking or package.
1. Basic Package

3. Gold Package
4. Platinum Package
5. Mobile Stokis with 1 Platinum Package
6. Mobile Stockist with 3 Platinum Package
You can upgrade your asset from Basic to higher rank within 90 days period.

Cash Flow From Your Assets
4 types of cash flow:
1. Immediate Cash Flow or Direct Sponsor Bonus or EPAC Bonus
2. Daily Cash Flow or Network Development Cash Flow or BPR Bonus (Bonus Pembangunan Rangkaian)
3. Weekly Cash Flow or Group Development Bonus or BPK Bonus (Bonus Pembangunan Kumpulan)
4. Quarter Year (every 3 months) Cash Flow also known as Car Fund Bonus Or BPP Bonus
1. Immediate Cash Flow
You get this money from sponsoring or recruiting or bringing in or registering new student or member in this school. This new student need to buy the 6 options of assets. If they chose to buy the :
- Basic package or asset, you will get RM40
- Silver package, you will get RM80
- Gold package, you will get RM160
- Platinum package, you will get RM320
Introduce this school of money known as KAMILIN to your families, friends and neighbours. When they want to learn about money and creating assets, you will get this commission paid to you by our associated company Shamelin Bina Sdn Bhd which manufactured and produce the Shamelin Mangostyn Juice.
You can recruit as many students as you like. You will get paid immediately the same day as the students enrolled or registered. Your commission is RM40 per set your friends buy.
Remember !! Anyone can be a student of KAMILIN the school of money as long as he or she is 18 years old and above.
They can do part time or full time. They can do from the comfort of their own home or they can join us in our class room in the hotels through out Malaysia and soon Indonesia.

Example : This is an example of the people you enroll
Your sponsor bonus = RM40 X 1 set + RM40 X 2 sets + RM40 X 4 sets + RM40 X 8 sets = RM40 + RM80 + RM160 + RM320 = RM600
You can not get rich from this bonus. A strong person may be capable of sponsoring 10 people. If everyone bought platinum, he will get RM3,200. You can not be rich by getting RM3,200 once only.
Your downline (the people you introduce) can introduce other people. Its become interconnected from you, down to many levels. This structure is called network tree.

2. Daily Cash Flow
Beside the network tree which is based on sponsoring, there is another tree based on placement which is called Placement Tree.
The main difference between the two trees is that in Placement Tree, you can only place two people direct to you. Every person in your left and right group will help one another to bring in two people place under them. This is a team work effort. It goes to infinity level.
Example of Placement Tree
You will be paid when there is a match or pairing of Mangostyn Juice sets on the left and right group based on daily calculation.
Let say Ali bought Gold package, Raju Platinum package, Lee Gold package, Wei Silver package and Mina Platinum package.
You will get paid as follows :
Day 1 Ali is on your left side group bought 4 sets (Gold) and Raju on your right group bought 8 sets (Platinum). So you have 4 sets on left and 8 sets on the right. You have 4 pairs of set on day 1. The balance set on your left is 0 and on your right is 4. It will be carried forward to the next day. At midnight Shamelin Bina will pay you 4 pairs X RM30 = RM120
Day 2 Lee has 4 sets, Wei 2 sets. Both of them on left group. There is no balance of sets yesterday. Total sets left group is 6. On your right group is Mina 8 sets plus balance 4 carried forward from yesterday. Total 12 sets on right group. So pairing sets is 6 pairs.
You get paid = RM30 X 6 = RM180
Balance on right group is 2, carried forward to day 3.
Every day calculation will be done like that.
Imagine when your total group left and right has grown to 100 people each. If every person just introduce one person who bought 1 set of Mangostyn Juice then you will have 100 pairs a day.
There is a limit of commission you can take for each assets.
If your asset or rank is :
- Basic, you can only take maximum 15 pairs or RM450 a day.
- Silver, you can only take maximum 30 pairs or RM900 a day
- Gold, you can only take maximum 60 pairs or RM1,800 a day
- Platinum, you can take maximum 120 pairs or RM3,600 a day
You can be a millionaire in a year if every day get RM3,600 from your Platinum asset. Moreover you are allowed to own more than just one asset, you can have several Platinum assets under the same name but different user ids.
3. Weekly Cash Flow
Your sets bought by your left and right group will be recalculated for Monday to Sunday period. You will get paid RM1,125 if your pairs are 90 pairs or above.
4. Quarterly Cash Flow (Every 3 months)
Your pairs will be recalculated for every 3 months, if you have 700 pairs, then you will get RM15,000 for the first time, and RM5,000 for the second time onwards.
Step 3.
Start Prospecting
- Work with your mentor
- Get your product ready. You must have product at least 1 set.
- Get your tools ready. Testimonials. Product information. Registration form. Small cups for testing the Mangostyn Juice
- If you do full time, meet 3 prospects a day. Work 5 days, rest 2 days.
- If you do part time, meet 1 prospect a day. Work 5 days, rest 2 days.
- Stay focus, commited and disciplined
- Work as a team. Better to meet your prospect with someone accompany you, either your upline or your downline. The more the merrier.
- Attend the training New Distributor Orientation
- Attend Train The Trainer training
- Bring your prospect to BOP session
